Terms of Service
These terms cover use of the NorthStock Shopify app (“the app”). By installing or using the app, the store agrees to them.
The app
The app helps store staff count, receive transfers, adjust, and report on inventory inside Shopify Admin. Purchase orders can be started in the app; receiving is from transfers. It talks to Shopify with the access you grant at install.
Your store
You stay responsible for your Shopify store, catalog, staff access, and the stock numbers you post. The app updates inventory only when staff take an action such as posting a count or receiving a transfer.
Plans and billing
- Full Inventory is $24.99 each month.
- Full Inventory with Book Management is $34.99 each month.
Shopify bills the store. Uninstalling stops future charges according to Shopify’s billing rules. The free trial is 30 days and is once per store. Uninstalling does not start a new trial. We do not take card numbers.
Access
You need an active Shopify store and a plan that includes the tools you use. Book tools need the Book Management plan. You may uninstall at any time from Shopify Admin.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available. Hosting, Shopify, or planned maintenance can take it offline. We may show a short warning or a maintenance page when that happens.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for your store’s inventory work. Do not misuse the connection to Shopify or attempt to access another store’s data.
No warranty
The app is provided as-is for store operations. We do not promise that every report or stock figure is complete if Shopify is slow or a connection fails. Check important counts before you post them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, stock errors, or indirect damages from using the app. If a court finds we are liable, that amount is limited to the subscription fees the store paid for the app in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means the store accepts the new terms.
